Currently under construction. Landscape installed in 2021. Includes outdoor dining plaza, outdoor fitness area, volleyball and basketball courts. Native shortgrass meadow areas will be installed to reduce the need for mowing and permeable paving is used extensively on the site to reduce stormwater runoff. Worked with RDL Architects.
