hough heritage housing

The development of a series of vacant lots in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood included extensive involvement from the City of Cleveland to create an active pedestrian spine along East 97th. East 97th streetscape includes hedges, ornamental fencing and seating for the community to create an urban, pedestrian friendly space. Native and drought tolerant plant selections predominate. A tight budget demanded that plantings be utilized where they have the greatest impact. Client: Cleveland Housing Network / RDL Architects.

Services: Landscape Master Plan, Courtyard Plans, Cost Estimating, Renderings, and Construction Documentation.
